Like adults, kids are dealing with big emotions as a result of physical distancing measures during the COVID19 public health situation. The difference is that kids don’t necessarily have the skills developed to deal with those big emotions. Landlord-Tenant & COVID19 Impacts

Six Rivers DRC can offer fast and affordable mediation services to assist landlords and tenants. When the statewide eviction moratoriums end, Oregon and Washington face a potential 3rd-wave crisis. Renters may become houseless. Landlords may lose months of income without recourse. In collaboration with Oregon and Washington colleagues, we developed a mediation process that offers possible resolution for both parties.
